What lease terms do you offer?

4-15 months

Is the community pet-friendly?

Please provide breed restrictions, pet limit, etc. Two pets per apartment, no weight limit, restricted breeds include Chow, Spitz, Akita, and breeds of Pit Terrier/Staffordshire Terrier

Are utilities included in the rent?

Residents are responsible for the payment of electric and water.

Are the apartments furnished?

No – rental furniture can be available for a monthly premium.
